Deep Stretch Yoga

Our Deep Stretch Yoga class is designed for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. This class will help you release tension and improve flexibility by moving through a series of deep stretches and gentle poses.

We will begin the class with a brief centering exercise to help you connect with your breath and set an intention for your practice. From there, we will move into a slow and mindful practice, which involves holding postures for several breaths to allow for a deeper stretch. You can expect to use props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body and enhance your experience.

Throughout the class, we will focus on postures that target the hips, back, neck and shoulders, which are common areas of tension for many people. Our teacher will guide you through proper alignment and modifications to ensure that you are getting the most out of each pose and at the same time ensure that you feel supported and safe throughout the practice.

Towards the end of the class, we will guide you through a relaxation or meditation practice to help you enter a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
