At Kevala Yoga, Yoga is understood as a complete path of self-inquiry, discipline, and transformation - not just a physical practice.
This training is designed to honor the depth of traditional yogic wisdom while making it accessible and relevant to modern life.
Through practice, reflection, mentorship, and community, students are supported in developing not only teaching skills, but also the inner foundation required to share Yoga with clarity, integrity, and presence.
This is a space to grow - personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Yogacharya Nalin Mann’s journey into Yoga began with a profound inner calling that led him to leave behind a conventional corporate path and immerse himself in India’s sacred yogic traditions.
Initiated into the Bhakti Yoga lineage by Pujya Maharaj Shri Hit Radheshlal Goswami Ji in 2008 and deeply disciplined through the path of Ashtanga Yoga, his life reflects the integration of devotion, practice, and self-inquiry.
He brings to Kevala Yoga a rare combination of lived spiritual experience, traditional yogic knowledge, and deep expertise in anatomy and biomechanics. His understanding of functional movement supports a safe, intelligent, and sustainable approach to asana practice.
His teaching is rooted in clarity, presence, and compassion - guiding students not only to understand Yoga, but to embody and live its wisdom.
