At Kevala Yoga, we believe that Yoga is far more than a physical practice - it is a path of self-discovery, discipline, service, and transformation. Our teacher training reflects this philosophy by offering an education that honors the depth of traditional yogic teachings while supporting each student's unique journey.
Through dedicated practice, self-inquiry, community, and mentorship, we create a learning environment where students are encouraged not only to become skilled teachers, but to embody the principles of Yoga in their daily lives.
Whether your intention is to teach, deepen your personal practice, or immerse yourself in authentic yogic study, this training offers a supportive and transformative space to grow with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
Yogacharya Nalin Mann's journey into Yoga began with a profound inner calling that led him to leave behind a conventional corporate path and immerse himself in India's sacred yogic traditions.
Initiated into the Bhakti Yoga lineage by Pujya Maharaj Shri Hit Radheshlal Goswami Ji in 2008 and deeply disciplined through the path of Ashtanga Yoga, Nalin's life reflects the integration of devotion, practice, and self-inquiry.
He brings to Kevala Yoga a rare combination of lived spiritual experience, traditional yogic knowledge, and deep expertise in anatomy and biomechanics. His understanding of functional movement supports a safe, intelligent, and sustainable approach to asana practice.
His teaching is rooted in clarity, care, and presence - guiding students not only to learn Yoga, but to embody and live its wisdom.
Learn from a teacher whose life reflects the path of Yoga beyond the physical practice.
Study classical Hatha Yoga, dynamic Vinyasa practices, restorative approaches, Bhakti Yoga, anatomy, and contemporary teaching methodologies.
Explore Yoga as a complete system encompassing physical practice, breathwork, meditation, philosophy, subtle energy systems, and spiritual growth.
Study foundational yogic texts including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and learn how to integrate their teachings into both practice and daily life.
Small class sizes allow for individualized guidance, meaningful connection, and a supportive learning environment.
Our carefully designed curriculum offers a holistic and integrated approach to the study of Yoga.
