Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a Sanskrit word that can be broken down into two smaller words: ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon.” Thus, the practice of Hatha Yoga balances the sun and moon energy channels, bringing complete synchronicity in mind, body, and breath.

Experience the bliss of traditional Hatha Yoga techniques to work on your holistic well-being. In this session you will be guided into different Yoga asana(postures) in sitting, standing, and lying down positions synchronized with Pranayama (breathing exercises) along with the awareness of different ‘mudra’ (gestures) and bandhas’ (locks). This practice brings a sense of balance in the body, whether mental or physical or balance in the nervous system.

At the end of the class, you will be guided in Yoga Nidra meditation practice to help release any tension or stress by entering a state of deep relaxation and healing the whole body.

At the end of the session, you will feel more grounded, relaxed, and energized. We hope
