Manifest & Meditate: Full Moon Soundbath

Guided by Vickie Gabriel-Ossai

Vickie is a meditation instructor and certified Soundbath Facilitator based in North Delta, BC. With training in crystal singing bowls and the buffalo drum, she leads immersive sound journeys designed to soothe the nervous system and support emotional release. She is also completing her certification in Pranayama and regularly facilitates soundbaths across the Lower Mainland.

Join us for a restorative full moon soundbath designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and set meaningful intentions. As the last full moon of 2025, this evening offers a powerful moment to release old patterns and welcome clarity for the year ahead.

This immersive one-hour journey combines the power of:

  • The healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, a wind gong, and other sacred instruments create soothing sounds that clear energy, calm your nervous system, and help you reconnect with yourself.

  • Opening intention-setting ritual and Sankalpa (heartfelt intention) discovery.
  • A gentle 10-minute guided meditation to calm breath and prepare the body.
  • A 50-minute immersive sound journey using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, wind gong, and other healing instruments.
