8: Practice Yoga with Ropes: Attend 4 Complimentary Sessions at Kevala Yoga (4 hours)
**Note: After attending the training program, you will be a certified Yoga with Ropes teacher with comprehensive knowledge to practice or lead a Yoga with Ropes session. However, to teach at studios, you must check their respective policies, as some studios may require a 200-hour certification along with this certificate. For instance, if you wish to explore the opportunity to teach at Kevala Yoga, we require a 200-hour Teacher Training certificate.
