Sound Bath Meditation with Coco

We move fast. We adapt, respond, push through. And somewhere in all of that, we can lose the thread back to ourselves.

Sound Meditation uses sound as a tool, something for your mind-body to work with rather than against. The slowing isn’t just passive. It’s active, supporting your system to build capacity so that over time you feel less reactive, more resourced, more you.

This work is informed by years of study in body-based and trauma-informed practices, alongside a background in yoga and meditation. It is honest, supportive, and created to meet you exactly where you are.

Each Sound Bath is centered around a unique theme, such as sense of self, slowing, sensation, yoga nidra, and more.

Flow of the Session:

  • 7:15 - 7:29 PM: Doors open – check-in & set up (option to meditate or mingle in front area). Flow writing prompts for self-reflection/intention setting will be available.

  • 7:30 - 7:44 PM: Gather in practice room, settle in, and review house-keeping

  • 7:45 - 8:45 PM: Sound meditation

What's Included:

  • Before & After Care instructions emailed 48 hours before and after the event

  • Bolsters + Blocks

  • 90-minute event with 60 minutes of sound bath

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else to stay comfortable

  • Journal + eye mask are not required but can support the experience

What to Wear:

  • Layers and light, comfortable clothing (body temperature may shift during the experience)
