Total Body Conditioning

A dynamic class held in a studio warmed to 28–30°C, designed to strengthen, tone, and improve overall fitness. Using a combination of strength, core, and cardio-focused exercises, it targets all major muscle groups while enhancing stability, mobility, and endurance.

Movements are carefully sequenced to challenge the body safely, making the class beginner-friendly while still engaging for all levels.
