This practice incorporates elements of sound to enhance relaxation and deepen the experience. Gentle sound vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support the body in fully absorbing the effects of the Yin practice.

This class encourages breath awareness and introspection, offering a deeply restorative experience that supports both physical and emotional balance. Suitable for all levels, Yin with Sound Bath provides a space to slow down, release tension, and rest.
