Yin Yoga with Sound Bath

Yin with Sound Bath is a slow, mindful practice that begins with long-held Yin Yoga postures to gently stretch muscles, joints, and connective tissues, supporting flexibility, mobility, and deep physical release.

In the second half of the class, the practice transitions into a soothing sound bath. As the body rests in stillness, sound vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and deepen relaxation, allowing the effects of the Yin practice to fully settle.

This class encourages breath awareness and introspection, offering a deeply restorative experience that supports both physical and emotional balance. Suitable for all levels, Yin with Sound Bath provides a space to slow down, release tension, and rest.

Come as you are - bring your mat, wear comfortable clothing, and enjoy the practice at your own pace.
