Welcome to our Chair Yoga class, a gentle and accessible practice that is perfect for those who prefer to practice yoga in a seated position.

In this class, we'll start with a brief centering meditation to help you connect with your breath and focus your mind. We'll then move through a series of Yoga poses, using a chair for support and stability. The poses will focus on gentle stretches, range of motion exercises, and simple movements to improve circulation and flexibility.

Throughout the class, we'll focus on breath awareness, using the breath to help you move smoothly and mindfully through each pose. We'll also incorporate elements of mindfulness, inviting you to stay present and focused, and simply allow your thoughts and emotions to pass.

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and can be adapted to suit a variety of needs and abilities. The use of the chair allows for modifications and variations, making the practice accessible to everyone.
