
Embodied Rhythm is an inclusive movement experience that blends guided dance, breathwork, stretching, somatic-inspired movement, sound, and body awareness to help you reconnect with yourself through rhythm and release.
This class is not about perfection, performance, or getting the moves “right.” It is about moving energy, releasing stress, building confidence, and feeling more at home in your body in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Expect grounding breathwork, follow-along movement, playful sweat, deep stretches, laughter, nervous system support, and full-body release through music and movement.
