
A balanced and mindful flow class combining breath, movement, strength, and restoration. Beginning with grounding and gentle warm-ups, students will move through sun salutations and an intentional flow sequence designed to build heat, mobility, and body awareness. Core and strength elements may be incorporated to support stability and confidence in postures. The final 10–15 minutes transition into slower deep stretches and restorative shapes before finishing with savasana, leaving students feeling both energized and grounded.
Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Come as you are, bring your yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Mat rentals are available at the studio for $3.
