Hot Strength & Flow

Hot Strength & Flow is a heated conditioning class designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular capacity through precise, low-impact movement. The practice is music-driven, with thoughtful sequencing, repetition, and sustained effort creating deep muscular work while supporting joint health and functional strength.

Influenced by strength training, Pilates, yoga, and barre, the class balances structured strength work with moments of flow and integration. The pacing is intentional, allowing strength, control, and resilience to develop without overwhelming the nervous system.

Open to all levels, Hot Strength & Flow invites you to move with focus, rhythm, and presence. Come ready to sweat, build strength, and flow - leaving you feeling steady, empowered, and energized, both physically and mentally.
