Restorative Yoga

Welcome to our Restorative Yoga class, designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and deep healing by stimulating and working on the Parasympathetic nervous system of the body also known as the ‘Rest and digest’ system of the body. This class is perfect for those who want to slow down, release tension, and nourish themselves on a deep level.

During this 60-minute class, we will move through a series of gentle yoga poses, supported by props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, designed to promote deep relaxation and release tension in the body. We will focus on slowing down the breath and activating the body's natural relaxation response, which can help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm.

Our experienced instructor will guide you through each pose, providing gentle adjustments and modifications to ensure a comfortable and nurturing practice for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. We will also incorporate breathwork and meditation techniques to help you stay present and centered throughout the practice.
