Nalin is a devoted Yogacharya whose life is a living testament to transformation through Yoga. Once immersed in the comforts and expectations of a conventional, fast-paced life, Nalin experienced a powerful inner calling that pulled him toward a deeper truth. Leaving behind a high-paying corporate career, he took a courageous leap of faith and journeyed to Rishikesh, India—nestled in the majestic Himalayas and revered as the land of Yogis. There, at the sacred confluence of the Ganga and its tributaries, charged with the energy of ancient austerities, he awakened to his true purpose.
In 2008, Nalin was initiated into the path of Bhakti Yoga through the Radha Vallabh Sampradaya by Pujya Maharaj Shri Hit Radheshlal Goswami Ji. This lineage infused his heart with the timeless values of spiritual love, surrender, and devotion. In the years that followed, he embraced the path of Ashtanga Yoga, diving into the eight limbs of Yoga as a disciplined structure to stabilize, deepen, and support his devotional sadhana. This rare fusion of Bhakti and Ashtanga has shaped his integrated approach to Yoga—where the heart and the path walk hand-in-hand.
Through unwavering and consistent sadhana (daily spiritual practice), clarity and simplicity unfolded within him. The wisdom of Yoga began to blossom not from books alone, but from direct, lived experience. Nalin immersed himself in traditional ashrams and studied under masters from diverse yogic lineages, allowing him to absorb and embody a wide spectrum of teachings.

Lisa started practicing Bikram yoga in 2002. In the first year of doing Bikram yoga, she practiced everyday for three years to create a yoga base for her body. She felt the full benefits of the yoga within those years and she continued on healing her body from her back problem to her diagnosed clinical depression. She still practcses four to five times a week.
She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She started as a Personal Trainer for a private company teaching at some of the elite country clubs in the lower mainland. She taught private clients and created classes for the members of the clubs.
She has been teaching yoga since 2007 when she went to Teacher Training in Hawaii. When she returned from training, she added the Advance 84 Asanas series in her daily practice for 3 years alongside the regular practice of the 90 minute class.
She holds certification in Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga. She also has certification in Personal Training. She recently finished training with Gabi Walters for Inferno Hot Pilates and is pursuing Inferno Hot Pilates Level 2 in the near future. She teaches with love and compassion to her students with the goal of seeing the results that each student attains to the best of their ability.
Her favorite postures are triangle, standing head to knee and rabbit, these postures were the ones that she found impossible to do when she started her practice. She still finds these postures a challenge.
“This I will say to all the students - the words that we instruct you with in the class are not just to help you with your physical ailments, the dialogue is also a song that is sung to your soul. If you listen with your heart, you will find your peace.”

Stephany holds a 200-hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa from Sampoorna Yoga and a 300H from Heart + Bones. She began her yoga journey at the age of 17, initially motivated by poor posture habits. Under the guidance of professors in Venezuela, she explored various styles, including Hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, Acro Yoga, and Ashtanga. However, she fell in love with the Vinyasa style, practicing intermittently over the years.
After moving to Uruguay, she took a break from yoga for a couple of years. Missing the practice, she decided to connect again and found a yoga community, where she deepened her Vinyasa practice and later learned the Ashtanga Mysore method with Laura de La Rosa Thompson.
Always eager to share the practice of yoga in 2021, she pursued her first teacher training and began teaching by the end of 2022. She continued teaching until the end of 2023 and moved to Canada with her husband to pursue new ventures. In Uruguay, she earned a scholarship at Heart + Bones and remains dedicated to honing her skills while maintaining a committed self-practice and being passionate about promoting sustainable movement for all bodies.
Stephany enjoys traveling, painting, animals, and walking in nature.
Marsha’s yoga journey began over 25 years ago in a dusty high school gym with a 70 year old guru who moved with the agility and grace of a 20 year old and she knew she had found a lifelong practice. Her journey has led her to many teachers and many styles of the ancient art.
She is currently a BCRPA certified yoga teacher as well as a trauma informed certified Kids yoga teacher. She has led many styles of classes from hatha to vinyasa to yin and has yet to decide on her favourite. An eternal student she has also completed training in both Breathework and Bio Energy Healing and brings both modalities into her classes wherever she can.
She has a passion for connection in all forms whether it be with community, nature or one’s own true nature and hopes everyone will find their own path to yoga and their own deep love and appreciation for all it has to offer.
Alana’s journey with yoga began nearly 30 years ago in a community recreation center, where she first experienced the profound connection yoga offers beyond just physical movement. Over the years she explored various styles of yoga, always leaning towards traditional practice wherever she could find it.
Alana was certified in 2013 with a 200-hour training under Esperança De Spot in Crescent Park, her practice honors the traditional roots of yoga, with a strong focus on Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
