Meet Morgan Terpsma, creator of The Melt Method. With over two decades of experience in movement, mindfulness, and transformation, Morgan brings a rare blend of strength, softness, and deep curiosity to every session.
Certified as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Doula, Retreat Facilitator, Dancer, and lifelong High-Performance Athlete, she has explored countless methods and noticed what was missing — The Melt Method was born from these gaps.
This innovative practice combines myofascial release, breathwork, three essential styles of gentle stretching, and transformational sound healing. It goes beyond the physical, weaving mindfulness, meditation, and body scanning techniques to cultivate deeper awareness and inner reconnection.
Each class offers an immersive healing experience, guided by music and sound, designed to create the ideal environment for release, reset, and renewal.
This method is designed for every body – no prior experience needed.
