CA$20.00

Welcome to our Vigyan Bhairav Tantra meditation series. Experience this ancient science of meditation rooted in timeless principles of Yoga, guided by Yogacharya Nalin Mann.

In today's session, we will focus on the breath as a tool to meditate. We will choose a word ending with the sound “AH” and intone it silently, placing emphasis on the ending “AH.” Let’s delve into the significance of this sound and explore how it can guide us deep within, using it as a tool to meditate on the supreme consciousness.

Breath is the life-force of our existence. The simple act of inhalation and exhalation is a profound process that sustains us. When we breathe in, we inhale life, purifying our energy. When we breathe out, we release impurities and feel a sense of lightness, as if we have emptied our system and released stress. If you observe in silence, the natural sound of our exhalation is “AH.” When we feel relief from pain, the spontaneous sound that emerges is “AH.” This "AH" sound is meaningful because when you say AH, it completely empties you.

In this meditation, we will focus on a word ending with the sound “AH.” As we go deeper into our practice, we will gradually attune to the natural sound of our exhalation, “AH.” Through this technique, we meditate on the natural sound of our breath, leading us to a state of deep meditation.
