9-Day Traditional Retreat Itinerary
March 7 – March 15, 2026

Day 1 – March 7: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive at Delhi Airport and receive a warm welcome. Transfer to your accommodation to relax, refresh, and settle in. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and connect with fellow participants, setting the tone for the retreat.

Day 2 – March 8: Easy Day & Exploring Delhi
Begin the day with a gentle Yoga Sadhana session to awaken body and mind. Spend the day exploring Delhi’s heritage and serene spaces at a relaxed pace. Conclude the day with dinner and a reflective Yogic Wisdom session.

Day 3 – March 9: Early Morning Departure to Aurangabad & Ellora Caves
Depart early morning for Aurangabad. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and settle in. Explore the breathtaking Ellora Caves, a magnificent complex of rock-cut temples and monasteries showcasing centuries of spiritual and artistic heritage. Evening dinner and reflection at the hotel.

Day 4 – March 10: Exploring Ajanta Caves
Start the day with a rejuvenating Sadhana session before visiting the Ajanta Caves, famous for their exquisite Buddhist rock-cut architecture and ancient murals. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and reflection on the day’s experiences.

Day 5 – March 11: Grishneshwar Mahadev Temple & Return to Delhi
After morning Sadhana, visit the sacred Grishneshwar Mahadev Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and soak in its spiritual energy. In the evening, take your flight back to Delhi. Settle into your accommodation and enjoy dinner.

Day 6 – March 12: Journey to Vrindavan & Return to Delhi by Night
Begin with morning Sadhana before traveling to Vrindavan, the sacred land of Radha and Krishna. Explore the devotional sites and experience Bhakti Yoga in its roots, immersing yourself in the spiritual atmosphere and devotional practices of this revered town. Return to Delhi by night and settle into your accommodation.

Day 7 – March 13: Rishikesh & Ganga Aarti
Start the day with a calming Sadhana practice, then journey to Rishikesh, a sacred land that has been home to the tapas and spiritual practices of rishis and yogis for centuries. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere along the holy River Ganga, whose sacred waters have inspired devotion and meditation for generations. In the evening, participate in the soul-stirring Ganga Aarti ritual. Return to accommodation for dinner and rest.

Day 8 – March 14: Return to Delhi by Night
After morning Sadhana and breakfast, enjoy your time in Rishikesh before returning to Delhi by night. Settle into your accommodation and enjoy dinner.

Day 9 – March 15: Conclusion of the Retreat
Begin the final day with a morning Sadhana session and breakfast. Reflect on the journey and its transformative moments before departing for the airport, carrying the warmth, insights, and energy of the retreat into your daily life.

*Upon registration for the retreat, a one-time payment of $1000 (CAD) is required as a security deposit, which will be refunded upon your attendance at the retreat.

*You can choose to pay for the entire retreat in installments. You have the flexibility to decide the number of installments. Just remember, we require the full payment before the retreat begins.
