Welcome to our Yoga and Barre Fusion class which is designed to combine the strength
and toning benefits of Barre with the mindfulness and relaxation benefits of yoga.
We will begin the class with a gentle yoga warm-up, which will help you connect with
your breath and set an intention for your practice. From there, we will move into a series
of Barre-inspired exercises, including pliés, relevé, lunges, and leg lifts, in fusion with
Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen your entire body.
As we move through the class, we will incorporate small and controlled movements to
target specific muscle groups and increase your overall strength and endurance. You
can expect to use props such as weights, bands, chairs and blocks to enhance your
workout.
We will wind down the session with a series of yoga postures followed by meditation, to
help you release any tension and relax your mind and body.
Whether you are looking to improve your strength and flexibility or simply want to
unwind and de-stress, this Yoga and Barre Fusion class has something for everyone.
Our experienced teacher will provide modifications and variations to accommodate all
levels of ability and guide you through proper alignment to ensure that you are getting
the most out of each movement.
