Yoga with Ropes

Welcome to our Yoga with Ropes class, a unique and invigorating practice inspired from the Iyengar style of Yoga that uses specialized ropes and straps to support and enhance your yoga practice.

In this class, we'll start with a brief centering meditation to help you connect with your breath and focus your mind. We'll then move into a series of standing, seated, lying down and inverted poses, using the ropes and straps to help support the body and deepen each stretch.

The ropes will allow you to explore a range of poses that may be more challenging or inaccessible on the mat, such as deep forward bends, backbends and inversions. We'll also use the ropes to help improve alignment and stability in each pose, enhancing your overall physical awareness and helping to prevent injury.

Along with ropes, you can expect to use props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body and enhance your experience

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, as modifications and variations will be offered to help you adapt the practice to your own body and level of experience.
