
Strength & Flow is a conditioning class designed to build strength, endurance, and functional stability through precise, low-impact movement. With music-driven sequencing, repetition, and sustained effort, the practice creates deep muscular work while supporting joint health and mindful movement.
Influenced by strength training, Pilates, yoga, and barre, the class blends structured strength work with moments of flow and integration. The pacing is intentional, allowing strength, control, and coordination to develop with awareness and ease.
Open to all levels, Strength & Flow invites you to move with focus, rhythm, and presence. Expect to build strength, improve mobility, and feel energized and balanced - both physically and mentally.
